  • Call us: 1-800-MEDICARE and request to opt-out
  • Mail us: Send a written request to our mailing address (available upon request)

Please include your full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address in your request so we can properly identify and process your opt-out.

What Happens After You Opt-Out

Once we process your opt-out request, we will stop sharing your personal information with third parties for purposes that may be considered a "sale" under applicable law. However, please note that:

  • We may still share information as necessary to provide services you've requested
  • We may still share information as required by law
  • Information shared before your opt-out request may still be used by recipients
  • Opting out may limit our ability to connect you with insurance coverage options

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide proof of authorization and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to opt-out. However, opting out may affect our ability to provide certain services to you.
